INTRODUCTION TO THE RABINE METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL SINGING
In addition to holding multiple degrees and certifications in Music and Vocal Studies, Celeste has recently graduated from a vocal pedagogy program at the Rabine Institute in Lampertheim, Germany and is excited to finally bring this amazing functional method of singing to the USA. All levels are welcome! Come explore how to enjoy your voice with a gentler and more expressive vocal production technique.
Harmony, SolfÈge & Rounds from around the Globe
In this dynamic workshop we will learn and sing rounds and canons from around the world and explore the basics of how to create harmony using the system of Solfège (Think “Do-Re-Mi” from Roger’s & Hammerstein’s ‘The Sound of Music’)!
Introduction to the 17th & 18th century Classical Italian Songbook
If you’ve ever wished to sing in Italian and would like travel back in time with us to explore and learn some of the most beautiful and enduring songs from this period, we welcome you to come join us! No previous experience is required, but basic understanding of singing technique is helpful. We will sing in a group for the most part, but opportunities to sing solo will be offered.
Singing in Motion
These fusion workshops will explore how to include gentle movement and various healing health modalities in your singing to achieving a freer, more vibrant vocal production. We will draw from many traditions, including Qi Gong, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Rabine Method.

We strive to offer the finest private music instruction in the Chester County area and invite you to learn in our well-equipped teacher's studio. Our approach to teaching is individualized, comprehensive and fun! A typical lesson will cover technique, music theory fundamentals, and a special piece or song - you can build your skills while playing some fantastic music!
PIANO LESSONS
From beginners to advanced students of all ages - we help develop skills in reading, technique and performance, while exploring a wide range of music - from the classics to the moderns. We encourage our students to create their own music as well as bring their own favorite music to learn.
VOICE LESSONS
Our gentle approach to vocal development prevents injury, while expanding the range, power and color of the voice. We teach all levels and ages of students a wide range of repertoire. We place particular stress on teaching our students to read music, as well as familiarize them with the piano.
How do we stAnd out?
We offer private and small group piano and voice lessons/coaching primarily for students wishing to study the classical repertoire. In addition, we enjoy working with students studying other styles (jazz, popular) who wish to strengthen their technique and musicianship. Something special we can offer students in our studio, is the opportunity to team up with other students to play four hand piano music, which greatly improves sight-reading and ensemble skills.
We regularly create workshops and performing opportunities for all of our students in a non-threatening and supportive environment, which helps to build confidence and camaraderie. We are happy to help students who need to prepare for auditions (competitions, music programs) and provide guidance and support through that period. We have a compassionate and patient approach and enjoy working with all ages and levels, and with people from many different walks of life.
